SIGN UP AND BECOME A DISTRIBUTOR WHILE YOU CAN…

THE NUMBER OF DISTRIBUTORS IS LIMITED!!

The final step to become a V-Mailcards distributor is to go through and sign our Distributor Agreement and to make your network support fee payment.

Once signed you can scan the agreement and e-mail it back to distributorsoffice@v-mailcards.com together with your payment details.

Start selling with the SALESMAN…

The SalesMan (Sales Management System) is our online tool for the management of your V-Mailcards business. Here you can prepare quotations, place orders, check on your order status and do everything else you need for the sales process. All V-Mailcards jobs are processed through the SalesMan.

On receipt of your agreement you will be issued with a username and password for access to the SalesMan. To request a username and password if one has not already been provided, please contact our support manager at: davew@v-mailcards.com.

V-Mailcards Artwork Specifications and Requirements

Below are a list of guidelines and considerations when producing V-Mailcards artwork and content.

The DVD Postcards standard color setup is as follows:

Front of postcard: 4 color (CMYK)
Reverse of postcard: 1 color (Black)
CD/DVD Label: 5 color (CMYK + White undercoat)

Other considerations:

All images used should be a minimum of 300dpi at 100%
Allocate at least 0.2” bleed for the CD and postcard artwork
Minimum distance from CD/DVD to edge of the postcard MUST be 0.4”
Placement of the CD/DVD is best on the right hand side of the postcard
All fonts MUST be converted to paths for final artwork- For DVD video V-Mailcards please use the correct logo on the DVD face
Ensure all over laying colors are correctly setup for overprinting

Required Marks:

There are three marks which must be retained for all artwork, these being the ‘V-Mailcards logo’ on the bottom left of the reverse of the postcard and the ‘Produced by V-Mailcards, all rights reserved’ also on the reverse of the postcard and the ‘© 2007 V-Mailcards’ around the middle of the CD centre hole. The colour of these marks must be black for the reverse of the postcard, and any colour that is visible for the mark around the middle of the CD/DVD centre.

Please ensure that the CD label artwork is not placed on top of the postcard artwork.
