WHAT ARE EXPO-CARDS
Expo-Cards are for companies or organizations who give away brochures, product catalogs and a whole lot of other marketing material at trade shows and who mail out such materials on a regular basis.
Like our standard V-Mailcards Expo-Cards are postcards that carry a CD affixed to the front of the card ( see below ). The Expo-Card can be handed out at exhibitions or sent out as a direct marketing tool during the rest of the year. The Expo-Card also have a pocket for the insertion of a business card.

The difference between a DVD-Postcard and an Expo-Card is that the CD on the Expo-Card contains a pre-developed multi media presentation that combines all of your current marketing materials in one single place whether it is your catalog, brochure, price list, video footage, company profile or anything else that you normally distribute. All on a single CD presented on an attractive full color branded card ready to be handed or sent out.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
The sample below shows the menu of a typical Expo-Card presentation that appears when the CD is inserted into a PC. The client (example only) is a Destination Marketer and chose to display 7 items being 2 catalogs, one brochure, a contact page with hyperlinks, a promotional video, an image gallery and a screen saver. The Expo-Cards recipient simply clicks on each item to view the content within.

You can choose up to 8 different items which can be any of your current materials from video footage to PDF document, brochures, product catalog, anything you want to show. All you need to do is
- provide us with digital files and a name for each item
- provide us with an image for the screensaver and the card
- choose the colors for the menu
and we do the rest for you including:
- The design of the menu using your chosen background color
- The development of the complete multimedia presentation including an auto run file
- The design of your own customized screen saver
- An installer for optional installation of your information on the user’s desk top
- The production and printing of the CD and the card and the product assembly
- The delivery to your office, trade show location or directly to your targets
All this means that there is no need to develop a multimedia presentation on your part. All you need to do is to provide us with the files of your current marketing items that you want to be part of the presentation ( see specifications ).
HOW MUCH DOES ALL THIS COST?
All art and design work is free including your screen saver. You are only paying for the hardware (CD and the card). Unit prices are under US$3 for most small quantities including freight to anywhere in the world.

E-BROCHURES
If you have a small brochure that you want to feature on your Expo-card we can turn it into an e-brochure which allows the viewer to virtually turn the pages. This is a very popular digital tool.
We also add a free screen saver with your favorite image and your logo as a gift for your customers.
