Expo-Cards - Digital pharmaceutical product launcher

This product is designed for pharmaceutical companies who visit trade shows to launch new drugs or who send out expensive information packs to prospective to GP’s or the medical industry.

The Expo-Card is a multimedia presentation on a CD-Rom that is laminated onto a branded full color card that can be handed out at an exhibition or sent through the mail as a postcard. The cards also has a pocket to allow some printed information to be inserted.

What Is On The Expo-Card Cd?

The content of the multimedia presentation is template based but totally flexible and can contain up to 8 different items ranging from video footage, PDF documents, tables, PowerPoint presentations etc. As an example your expo-cards could show a : Video, Specifications, Applications, Tables , Dosage and Administration and a Contact us section. You decide what you want to show on your expo-card and simply provide us with your existing digital files.

Once you have decided what you want to display in your presentation we create the menu for that presentation and add the files. Click here to see a sample menu ( link to the Caledonia sample menu ). The menu appears when the CD is inserted into a PC. The Expo-cards recipient simply clicks on the menu item to view the content within.

All you need to do is provide us with your digital files and a name for each item and we do the rest for you including:

  • The design of the menu template using your chosen background color
  • The development of the complete multimedia presentation including an auto run file
  • The design of your own customized screen saver
  • An installer for optional installation of your information on the user’s desk top
  • The production, printing and assembly of the CD and the card
  • The delivery to your office, your exhibition or directly to your targets

All this means that there is no need to develop a multimedia presentation on your part. All you need to do is to provide us with the files of your current marketing items that you want to be part of the presentation ( see specifications ).

As for the postcard all you need to do is provide us with your favorite image and your company logo and we will design the card for you.

What Is The Cost Of Getting Expo-Cards For Our Drug?

There are no design or development costs including the screensaver. The unit cost for the Expo-Cards is under $3 for most small quantities. The minimum quantitiy is 1,000 units. If you use your expo-cards as a direct marketing mailer postage costs are under $0.50 in the USA.

How can an Expo-Cards be sent through the postal system?

The back off an expo-card is like the back of a normal postcard. Expo-Cards are approved by the US postal service and travel safely through the system and can be sent to anywhere in the world. They have done so since 2003. So you will have a tool for your exhibitions and your direct marketing all in one.
